If you are outside of the UK you may be eligible for additional taxes/duties. We recommend that you get in touch with your local customs office to get the most accurate and up to date information.

RETURNS

We accept returns from inside the UK and EU as long as the following is observed:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your order. You can exercise that right by contacting us by email or using self-serve returns. No reason is needed. You then have a further 14 days to return your piece of Armcandy. 

The 'DO NOT REMOVE' Armcandy label must still be attached.

All designer labels/authentication cards/Entrupy certificates/dustbags/boxes must be returned.

It must be in the same condition as when sold. We reserve the right to make deductions where the value of the item has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

It must be sent back using tracked delivery.

You will be liable for your own return costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Armcandy.

Refunds will be accredited to the original payment method. (Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement due to varying processing times between payment providers)

No refunds are accepted outside of the UK or EU.
