How To Sell With Us
•Email (hello@armcandybagco.com) photos of your bag, tell us the height & length measurements, if it has any wear & tear, and if it has any scent (perfume/ smoke/ storage etc...). The photo's we need include the front, back, base, all four bottom corners, inside, anything it comes with (dustbags/ receipts/ authent cards etc...) and any signs of wear & tear no matter how small. Don't worry, we know wear & tear looks worse on a photo than in real life!
•We'll reply with your quote. We are currently experiencing a high volume of bag quote requests (which we love because there is soooo much gorgeous armcandy on it’s way to our website 😍) and we are trying our best to reply within 4 working days.
•If you’re happy to proceed all you need to do is post it to us using tracked delivery. We'll email you confirmation when we unpack it.
•Alternatively, if you’re local to us you can drop it off. You don’t need to book an appointment, but it’s helpful if you’re able to give us a rough idea. We'll ask you to leave it with us for a few days while we authenticate and value it (we are currently experiencing a high volume of bag quote requests (which we love because there is soooo much gorgeous armcandy on it’s way to our website 😍) and we are trying our best to quote within 4 working days).
•After we've checked and verified your bag, we take care of everything else for you. We photo, video and market it. We deal with all customer enquiries. We post & package to the buyer.
•We pay you via BACS not less than 15 days after your bag has sold. This allows for the buyers 14 day cooling off period (which begins when they receive their purchase).
•We have no minimum time limits, you can request your armcandy back at any time, you just need to cover the postage.
•We are currently accepting bags from the UK only.
We have 5 commission brackets. If your bag sells for:
£0.00 to £500 you (the client) receive 50%
£501 to £1000 you (the client) receive 70%
£1001 to £1500 you (the client) receive 75%
£1501 to £3000 you (the client) receive 80%
£3001 + you (the client) receive 85%
Please note this is the commission payable per bag, not all of your bags together.
